New Game X

After months of silence, I was finally able to get this account back.

I am the artist for the game, and I would like content from the game deleted from the internet, please. Could you help me?

I was working with Kamijo, or KamijoArt, who also was called Kallidien/Kallidin (?) at some point on Discord I think, and I don't ever want to be associated with this man ever again. I trusted him, even befriended him, and he stabbed me in the back.

This "artist" and "developer" (now wondering if he truly was any of that outside of AI-generation and Ren'Py basics which I had to even help him with) completely misrepresented what the game would be and where he wanted to go moving forward, and has not paid me a single cent for my work.

My soul is destroyed from providing original content for this game and seeing this man use my life work to make this game feel fuller and more polished. He claimed not to have enough money to hire me for more original characters, and used my own personal sprites I had sent him as samples, but he promised he would pay me for more original characters as soon as the demo would bring in money, which he did not. I wasn't paid at all for anything I worked on, which was not what was agreed on: I was supposed to be paid upfront, which he then said would be done after providing a certain number of illustration and sprites to make sure I was "serious", but then decided I would be paid once the game was finalised/after it got released and brought in money. I spent months trying to get him to pay me, since it was not what we had decided on, or at least remove my original characters, but he refused.

I was stupid enough to agree to set the game in the same universe as the one I've been working on for years, and send him some of my personal artworks as sample sprites for this project, which he all used in this game without my consent. Moreover, he was not supposed to use the "Spiraphim" title at all in the final game, because the game I am working on with this title, and the other games I've worked and still am working on are all kid-friendly, and I did not want the two projects to be so closely related/associated.

On top of promising to pay me for the artworks I had worked on, he had initially stated that the first demo would not be released until my own game was ready, which was apparently taking too long for him (still not done, and completely unmotivated by my life project being hijacked like that)

Kamijo cut contact after I explained that I wouldn't be providing more artworks as long as 1. I wasn't getting paid / 2. He wouldn't remove the character artworks, names and backstories I never agreed on letting him use / 3. He would not use my artworks for content I was not okay with (non-consensual acts, age/power imbalance, and much worse) He had sent me a list of all the illustrations he wanted, after I once more asked for payment, and I could not in good conscience draw some (if not most) of them. He knew that I wouldn't, because I had clearly stated my limits when he first reached out to me (anything not morally wrong basically lmao), but I guess he thought holding the money he owed me over my head would make me change my mind.

Please avoid working with anyone using Kamijo, KamijoArt, Kallidien or Kallidin as a username in the furry/mlm game dev community because this man is not reliable, untrustworthy, difficult to work with, and an overall shitty person.

All the lore and characters I came up with for my own project feel unusable and useless now that he has misused them like that. The only things I know about him are that he is French Canadian, is in his 30s, mainly uses Discord, and loves anime/video games.

I know the internet is forever, but I would like your help in trying to get rid of re-uploads of the game and its images under the Spiraphim title, please. Years of personal work are wasted until I can get rid of this content, and any trace of it will remind me of these unpleasant, difficult past few months mourning a project I've spent my life working on. If you could avoid naming my artist username (easy to find it, but I'd rather not being tied to it until content related to it has disappeared) or the game title in your public attempts at getting content removed, that would be greatly appreciated. If you have to name it, please use "New Game X", as it's the only original thing that man ever came up with.

Please do not reach out to people talking about the game but not sharing images. Harmless mention of its name is fine, as long as the pictures and uploads associated with it are gone, and it does not mention its content.  Especially since I had previously shared this title with my community, and had even shared snippets of my upcoming game, so I do not want children and teenagers who follow my other projects to get curious and download the game because they recognize the name and art style. Thank you...

I don't want this post to make much noise even with the name blurred out, because I know the internet easily gets curious and not everyone has good intentions, and I don't want people to spread awareness against Kamijo using my name or project name, please. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Thank you very much, and sorry for those who were excited about this project. I mostly feel like I've wasted months to years of my life, but I know the game as it was initially presented to me could have brought so much enjoyment to people. It's sad that a good idea and my first supposedly paid job ended up being a disaster.

I will delete this post in a few days or weeks, because I do not want too much attention around this project title or my other personal projects  published under my artist username. Thank you for understanding, and sorry to disappoint everyone.
